  First unlock Gnormon as a playable character. Once unlocked choose level 10 under the Peggle Institute levels. Choose Gnorman, what you will be looking for is a green circle peg (unarmored) in the middle of the armored pegs. (reload level until they spawn there) You must hit the green peg without destroying any of the block pegs under the armor. ( better if first ball also lands in bucket but not needed). Now that you have Gnormans special choose a side to power slide down. This will destroy most of the orange pegs on the level and give you the maximum amount of balls. (also better if you power slide down the side that has a green peg under armor if spawned) This will leave you with one more Gnorman special shot which should be shot how you see fit to eliminate the rest of the orange pegs,
  
  Finished with 15 balls and took a couple of tries but it was a very easy way to get the achievement.

  Unlock Gnorman as a character and go to the 7th level of the 1st world:
  
  'Happy Happy Hedges', in the 'Peggle Institute'.
  
  Follow the video guide below. Note that it may require some restarting to ensure you get the right pegs where you want them (such as a purple peg and a green peg somewhere where you'll hit it on your first shot).
  
  Other than that, stick with the same formula and you'll get there with a little trial and error. Took me 5 tries.

  Thanks, got it on my first try unlike the one on level 10 where everyone said they'd have 15 balls after one shot but where i'd get 11. Finished with 13.

  If you have the Jimmy Lightning Master Pack DLC then the first level in there is good for getting this achievement.
  
  One of the level challenges is for finishing with 10 balls so it's pretty much set up for this by default. When I unlocked it I had 14 balls after the first shot and 2 orange pegs to clear up. I guess you need a little bit of luck but it seemed fairly easy for me.
  
  EDIT : This was done using the new Peggle master Jimmy.

  Spent two hours trying for the other solutions, finally getting it with a different level, then a week later came back to do the DLC and finished the first level with 10 balls, getting this idea, retrying, and finishing with 12 on the second try, then saw you'd already said this.
  
  This seems like the easiest level to do it on by far.

  Best solution indeed. I wasted a lot of time on the other solutions and was not even close. This one worked at the 3rd try. 15 balls left. Thanks!
