    "His Own Medicine"

    On the final mission (and for 100% sync) you need to kill the enemy with his Branding Iron, in order to do this chase him but do not kill or tackle him he will eventually stop to fight you.

    Go unarmed (select fists) then counter and disarm him, this will mean you'll take the Iron off of him, and can then proceed to kill him with it.

    Onyx GrimoireJust spam smoke bombs when you get to this part and murder the other enemies like that. Dealing with all those assholes the normal way is irritating. Don't kill the governor until you have the iron, though.

    The BiodreamerIf you have trouble with disarming the governor, just use a sleep arrow on him and he will drop his weapon. pick it up, and then kill it with him when he wakes up.

    As others have stated this is done on mission 9 of the DLC. You need to fight and disarm the governor and use the brand he is using as a weapon to kill him.

    I screwed this up a few times initially, so maybe this will help some people. The governor always takes the same path to the same place and you don't have to follow him, you just need to get there without being more than about 60 meters or so away from the governor. I took an alternate path through the center of the town and so I wasn't getting tackled by his guards every two seconds. I ran to his destination and had time to reload the gun and shoot several of the guards there to thin them out. I killed the rest using smoke bombs and hidden blades, then switched to fist, countered (B), disarmed (A), smoke bombed again and hit him with the poker to pop the achievement.

    NegativeCreep08Rather than messing around sneaking into the mansion just attack one of the guards at the front gate. He'll start running as soon as you do

    In last the 9th sequence. After cutscene where governor tortures slave. Kill five guards near gate, governor starts running so follow him and after he stops near couple of guards you can fight with him. You must fight only with gloves. When there will be counter (press B) available, push it, then disarm him (press A) a now simply kill him with his Branding Iron and achievement is yours.
