Like the rest of this DLC, this is very simple.

There are 29 ZDC Cameras around the map, simply walk up to them and press the B Button. You will know them when you see them as they are marked on your map when you are in that certain part of the map.

They are marked with a Yellow Circle with a Black Ring inside of it.

Thank you WylieMD for point this out:
You MUST obtain all collectibles BEFORE completion of the campaign. If not, you will have to start the campaign over. Not like that's too bad though, the whole thing took about and hour and 45 minutes to get all achievements.

There is really no location map needed for this guide, I obtained this as I was going through the story.

    ***EDIT***
This achievement has been known to be a little glitchy, and cause some of the Cameras to not appear on the map. A consistent way to fix this glitch is unknown at this time. It does seem that starting a new game can help though, so try that first.

Also, if you vote negative, please explain why, so that I may improve on this solution.

ApexAssassinwww.trueachievements.com/gameclip.aspx?clipid=61418331 Thus is the camera to go for first to find out if it's glitched. I did all of them then got to this camera and this is the one that glitched on me.

illdizzogI had 24 out of 29 cameras with only the final mission left and no new cameras showing on my map. I decided to just drive to each of the four areas and see if I could spot any that I may have missed. As I drove around, new cameras started to appear on the map close to where I was. One appeared in Ingleton, then as I headed toward the Garage in South Almuda the final four appeared on the map. Try that if your stuck.

ChristianPfI had the same camera glitch on me like TheNutman69321and DubC8944 but in my case restarting in nightmare did not solve the problem. It still glitched and did not count. I restarted numerous times in nightmare and finally got it. The only thing I did differently this time was that I did not pick up the dog tags from Smith (the first team member you find) but simply continued walking. This time the achievement unlocked.
