    Sequence 3 and 4 have a a total of 14 memories.
This achievement is specific to only sequence 4, but I have included sequence 3 in the list because there is no specific achievement for only sequence 3.

I wrote this guide as a simple checklist (click on the spoiler if you do not mind seeing the title or “subtitle” of the memory) to help you keep up with: what you have completed, how many memories you have left in the sequence, which memories have secondary objectives, and what those objectives are (so you can prepare before starting the next memory).
    *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***

To keep this solution clean and concise, I have not included hints for the secondary objectives. I wrote this to help in planning ahead (getting enough poison darts, bullets, or smoke bombs) to make the second objectives easier. Please comment if you do need any help and I will provide any help or suggestions I can. I hope you find this helpful and good luck going for 100% sync!

Gallant CasvalFor the "Take No Damage" secondary objective, split the enemies up as much as possible. De Ferrer is immune to any move used after a counter so your best bet is to just counter and wait for him and Aveline to separate. All other enemies can be dealt with like normal grunts but just pay close attention to how they surround you. My counters didn't help when being attacked by three people at once. Your whip is absolutely your greatest tool and keep in mind that the terrain is wonky, for lack of a better term. It's frustrating but just stick with it and test different methods. Hope that helps!

Rowdawg88@AGNT Thrasher, that is great advice! I think I used a combination of range weapons to keep the enemies from getting too close. It has been awhile since I played it but I do remember the whip being very helpful in these situations, thanks!.

xNeo21xHoly F the Ferrer fight at the end of this sequence is the most garbage tier combat in a game I think I’ve even played. Took nearly an hour to beat it without getting hit and then when I finally did, it was by accident because a dude with a gun shot Ferrer because he was standing between me and him. God I hate this game’s combat. Secondly, how do you replay a memory? I need to redo a mission in this sequence but it says you must complete or abort the current memory but there is no option to abort the current memory. Not sure what I’m missing...

Stumpy25Ferrer fight is much easier once I figured this out: When Ferrer attacks, just press B once to block, but don't press anything else. The only way to beat Ferrer is to use the whip and attack (Y, X). First I would block and attack (B, X) the 3 easy guys to kill them. The mid-tier guy has 2 ways of beating him. You can use (B, A) and then attack with X, or use the whip and attack method (Y, X). Hope this helps.
