Sequence 7 and 8 have a a total of 5 memories.
This achievement is specific to only sequence 8, but I have included sequence 7 in the list because there is no specific achievement for only sequence 7.
I wrote this guide as a simple checklist (click on the spoiler if you do not mind seeing the title or “subtitle” of the memory) to help you keep up with: what you have completed, how many memories you have left in the sequence, which memories have secondary objectives, and what those objectives are (so you can prepare before starting the next memory).

Memory 1: An Urgent Favor, “Help an escaped slave find safety”
2ndary Objective: Do not engage guards in open conflict
Memory 2: Supplying the Revolution, “Help the Spanish supply the revolutionary rebels”
2ndary Objective: Don’t swim
2ndary Objective: The raft must retain at least 50% health
2ndary Objective: Use only melee weapons
Memory 3: The Last Dance, “Eliminate a weak link”
Sequence 8
Memory 1: A Fool’s Errand, “Locate Officer Davidson”
2ndary Objective: Climb the waterfall in less than 1 minute
Memory 2: Connor’s Way, “Connor crosses paths with Aveline”
To keep this solution clean and concise, I have not included hints for the secondary objectives. I wrote this to help in planning ahead (getting enough poison darts, bullets, or smoke bombs) to make the second objectives easier.
