    Easiest way to pull this off is to purposely have the bases loaded with no more than 1 out and attempt to steal home base with the player on 3rd.
    That will force the catcher to not throw the ball and wait for the 3rd base runner to try to steal home plate which will allow base runners on 1st & 2nd to advance without a throw attempt.
