In At the beginning of the second sequence you'll receive a blowpipe from your mentor. Nearby there's a bridge that's guarded by, well, a guard... There are some trees for you to climb and move through until your above the bridge. Wait until the guard is highlighted, enable eagle-vision and blow a dart at him...
This should also unlock the Death by Poison achievement if you haven't already unlocked it. |
