For this achievement you need to get 150,000,000 EXP I just got this at exactly level 445. I decided to do this at the same time as leveling all of my partner ranks. So just get your strongest character with all your best cards. I had Gravity Training Lv3 and Passionate Friendship to speed things along. Play mission 05 which is Nappa Cornered and you will level your partners quickly while going up at least 1 1/2 to 2 levels per go; takes less than a minute to beat him.
