While Kuraimari13 solution is perfectly fine when you want to get this achievement quick. I'd say just go for all gold medals and missions specific ops. When you have those you'll be very close too, or even several thousands worth of Xp over the requested 25,000.

So why bother getting it fast when you get it while playing natural?

And if you come short on your 25,000 after completing everything, then Kuraimari13 still has the best solution after all.

EDIT: So while only having half of the mission specific ops and most of the gold medals, I got the achievement. Also the rewards you get from the specific ops count towards the 25K

I found this moderately quick method for this achievement. Load up Operation: Hydra; Mission A-1, then put the skulls Hollow & Pacifist on which will increase your XP income by x5. So your loadout should look something like this:

    Primary Weapon: Assault Rifle
    Secondary Weapon: Magnum
    Armor Ability: Regen Field
    Booster: Not Necessary.
    Skulls Active: Hollow & Pacifist

This mission takes about 5-6 mins to complete, there is a small weapons cache at the start which consists of two Assault Rifles and a crate of Frag Grenades in it. With the Regen Field ability you can counteract the effects of the Pacifist Skull somewhat, however be careful how you use the Magnum because it may fire at a slower rate than the Assault Rifle, but it does a lot more damage to you, so if your health gets too low and you fire the Magnum you're dead.

At the end of the mission your XP income will be as follows:
Red Star Score: 10,000 – Income: 250 XP
Silver Star Score: 20,000 – Income: 500 XP
Gold Star Score: 35,000 – Income: 1000 XP
As you can see the goal here is to aim for a Gold Star each time to maximize the process, just repeat the process as much as necessary.

Hope this method helps & Good luck.

EliteAssassin13Do you mean Operation Umbra, Mission A-1?? Or Operation Hydra, Mission F-1?? By the way, pretty sure its Bronze, not Red. As in Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals.

Not so much a guide, more of a clarification. You do not need 25,000 XP in your "bank" at one time. You can spend XP and the total still counts in the background.

I don't think it's so necessary to boost this. I was going through every level, completing the assault ops and buying boosters throughout. This unlocked for me by the time I got to E1, with still a third of the game left.
