There are two different Tony Horton P90X® workouts available in Xbox Fitness: "Plyometrics" and "Shoulders & Arms". Each lasts 60 minutes, so this challenge is quite time consuming.

I'd suggest doing the "Shoulders & Arms" workout (12 times) since it's very easy if you don't use any weights. You can skip the stretching excercises (press the Menu button for play/pause/skip options) since they don't award many points and finish in ~40 minutes. You need at least 115,500 points for a 5 star rating (Shoulders & Arms workout). Apart from Jumping Jack I didn't have any tracking issues with Kinect. Make sure to do the excercises at the same pace as the coach. I earned >140k points several times, so there is some room for error.

As a reward you get 12 stamps for your loyalty cards.
