I just did this SOLO without being knocked down.

Start a Crazy Garden Ops match on Sharkbite Shores. Bring plenty of consumable plants. Pea cannons and Pea Repeaters are fine, but some Gatling Peas and Scaredy-Shrooms wouldn't hurt. I brought a bunch of Self-Revives and Team Retries, but didn't use any of them. Note that a Team Retry will not restore your garden's health.

You typically want a few people doing this, but not randoms! They will screw your achievement! All party members will use the exact same strategy. If you have enough people, a Sunflower would help at the end. Again, I did it solo.

Pick Peashooter (my Peashooter was fully upgraded through buying 20,000 coin packs - can't say for sure if that mattered) and when Crazy Dave leaves, head left toward the lighthouse. This is the garden we'll be planting. Scout the area so you get a feel for it. Particularly, you need to find the two surfboards on each side of a sign that says "MaLiBoo". This is where you'll be Hyper Jumping up. You have no timer at the beginning, so you can practice the Hyper Jump. Once you're up on this ledge/overpass, go forward and look down at your garden. It should be barely to your right so that a wall is behind you. THIS IS YOUR SPOT. Check the video to see exactly where to stand. You will need to move a bit, but not too much.

Once you start, use all the plant pots. Fill them particularly with Pea Repeaters and Gatling Peas, though Pea Cannons will work. Some Bonk Choys and Scaredy-Shrooms are good too.

Your main focus will be garden HEALTH, so focus on keeping your garden safe. I only made it to wave 9 on my first try because my garden didn't make it. I had one of the big bomb-carriers as a special wave, so that didn't help. He's hard to take down alone.

Dig in and use the your Gatling ability whenever you can. If you need to use a Chili Bean Bomb, jump first to get extra distance.

Between each round, quickly drop down and replenish all your plant pots that didn't make it through the round. Then Hyper Jump back up.

In this spot, regular zombies can't bother you. Zombies with guns will sometimes shoot at you, but it's never overwhelming. If you need to get into cover and replenish back to 50% health, do so. Just keep an eye on your garden health! This would be easier to do with more people, so it's recommended that you bring a friend or three. The Gargantuan's range attacks can be devastating, so be on the look out for those. There are lots of places to take cover up there. Use them!

After you do this for 10 waves, it's time to extract. Peashooters need about 40 seconds to make it to the other side of the map where the landing zone is located, assuming you Hyper part of the way. Sunflowers may take a bit longer. This is if you don't stop to fight, which you may. This achievement is reported to be a little buggy. Your best bet is to make sure everyone is in the extraction zone at the end and no one gets knocked out on the way. I also planted a sunflower as soon as I got there, since I had a few seconds left. If you don't all make it, the achievement may still unlock, but it's buggy. Make sure everyone is in the landing zone at the end and try not to go down to be safe.

Here is a video of the gist of it by our own snipore :
