You get this achievement by progressing through the games story.

In order for the goth kids to join your cause you have to look like them and have coffee and cigarettes. You can get the clothes from the homeless man who sits in front of the storage units. The coffee you need is sold at Tweek's parents coffee shop. In order to get the cigarettes you have to defeat the sixth graders who hang out in the alley beside Jimbo's store. Once you collect all the items head back to them and equip the goth kid outfit and they will give you a mission to prove you are not a conformist. Complete this and the achieve is yours.

UnfadingShimmyWhat if you happen to accidentally sell these items? Are they lost for good?

DraPizll3If you go back to the store you sold the item to, I believe you have the option to buy back.

    Achievement Name: Nonconformist

Description: You befriended the Goths, like everyone else playing this game.

As the description so humorously points out, this achievement is not missable and will unlock with story progression.

Edit: Apparently it IS possible to waste so much time that it progresses the day before you finish the tasks, but don't ask me how as the entire way this game is set up is done so that it shouldn't progress until you've finished the quest, but just to appease a few people complaining about a solution that is clearly (due to even the description of the achievement) accurate, it may be smart to do these in a timely manner.

iPoundClamsNot complaining dude. I had a problem with an achievement and looked to TA for help. Your solution didn't help me at all nor did Coffeeaddict5 because I was unable to advance the story. I was forced to start a new game and doing so lost all my progress, which is what I wanted to avoid.

CndnVikingWell, so far myself, every other player I've talked to, and even the official game guide says that doesn't happen so as I said, I don't know what to tell you.

Fist O CthulhuFor some reason my game was really glitchy and the achievement didn't unlock for me. I completed there quest but it just never popped. I also had problems with other achievements too though.
