You are going to want to sell all the Junk items you come across as well as any extra food items you are not going to use or are maxed out on. I would suggest buying outfit items and weapons from the equipment vendors because you will need those for other achievements as well. Also go to Toms Rhinoplasty and buying the Hasslehoff nose for a good chunk of cash for another achievement later in the game. This should be fairly easy to get without trying to specifically try for it.

Ummm you don't want to sell anything during your play through because there's an achievement that states don't sell nothing during the entire game, which is the For The Hoarder achievement that's worth 15G

Obviously this is not a guide for that achievement. If you want that achievement then yes, do not sell anything. There is also an achievement for selling Junk items so do what ever you want! Selling junk is going to help you get the $500 needed to spend on stuff.

you should be able to get all three near the end of the game. Once you've amassed enough junk without selling anything, sell it all and buy $500 worth of stuff. Then reload your last save. Should nab all three once you finish the game.
