This is really easy. You can edit the sliders to make your opponent really poor.
If you do not know how to do this, read the spoiler below:
*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***To edit the sliders, you need to get to the final screen before the game starts. This is the one that shows both line ups, the round, weather, time per half and the difficulty.
You should see a list of four options:

* Pass Speed - CPU

* First Touch Control Error - CPU (this one should be 100 not 0)
Then play the match. I recommended combining this with other achievements, such as a hattrick and 5 goals but make sure you play on at least
SEMI-PRO if you wish to obtain more achievements. This will allow you to score 5 goals within the first half. Easily. Once you have the required goals, you can hold the ball by turning the player away from the opponents and hold
. You may lose it once or twice but the computer will not do anything with the ball.
If you also combine this to score a hattrick with one player, you will unlock this
and for 5 goals or more
If you score 9. another one unlocks
The three extra achievements will unlock at the end of the game, in the stats screen.
Once you exit the match, you should get this achievement upon winning your first trophy.
