  Chico is the boy prisoner. He is in the outdoor prison marked on your map once you get to him and take him to Evac achievement pop. Paz is the second target she is in main base in the basement

  nvm i see that is the only achievement you need

  Yeah it is i may leave the game for a month then go back on to see if there has been a patch (fingers crossed)

  These achievements really should be marked as buggy/glitchy. Absolutely nothing has unlocked for me in this game with multiple tries. Extremely frustrating. The only thing that unlocked for me is some dumb Xbox Live challenge I don't care about.
