  After collecting the item in the Bathysphere workshop you will have to take a lift to return to the Service Bay entrance in the hub area.
  
  Upon exiting you'll hear a few splicers talking to each other. If you sneak around the corner you should see 3 enemies clumped together, two sat down one stood up.
  
  Shoot the standing one with the Gas Bolt and you're good!

  For whatever reason, every achievement pop in Burial at Sea Ep. 1 and 2 have taken multiple seconds. I thought it was just me, but I guess not.

  I had to wait for 56 seconds after killing the 4th guy. I timed it ;)

  best solution. Though just shoot the ground between the two guys sitting and then back off so they don't see you and run away from the gas.

  This video was specifically recorded in the Medical Bay of the Burial at Sea Episode Two DLC but can be obtained t any point after acquiring the Gas Bolt.
  
  The trick is to find a group of enemies close together and fire the bolt on the floor between all of them. You do not want to be seen by the enemy this would cause them to run after you and leave the gas cloud.
