All 4 have to be done in a single match. Easiest way is to play Hard matches and when you have the ball going for goal, there is normally "two" players to pass to score. One will look like he is kicking and the other looks like he is standing and leading with his head. You have to pass to the standing player every time. Don't waste time passing to the guy to kick in the goal. I always attempted 2-3 header goals in the first minute. If I couldn't get at least one, I would restart. It can be a little time consuming but with luck you will get it eventually.

When playing online vs a rival, I would rarely see a player by goal ready to head it in. The easiest way for me was playing hard matches vs the cpu.

Not to be picky because it's a good guide could you please say header Instead of headbutt. I've never in my life heard someone say they just scored a head butted goal. All in all though cheers for the tip I'll try it later

Another few Helpful hints I found while executing this strategy.
1. Get the best Super charge power up you can get. (Allows you to get the ball down quickly as you can just ignore the defender positions while it is activated)
2. The person who does the header seems to always be on the left (at least when i did it)
3. If you and your opponent end in a tie at the end of regulation, you go until the next goal. So if you have 3 header goals and you're nearing the end of the game, if you can make your opponent equal you're score, then you can still attempt the header goals as long as you can block their shots on your goal.

Thank you everyone. This advise was perfect. Took me about 5 games to do it. .... Try to get 3 in the normal time, let the cpu tie it up. Then use the extra time to score your 4th.

This is a bullshit achievement. There seems to be little way to control the path of the ball. It constantly kicks it the wrong direction and rarely goes in.

I understand you have to kick as soon as the ball meets the shadow, but even when I do, the goalie blocks it.

I hate this game because of this achievement. The soccer ones on the DLC are even more stupid!

I had good luck timing my head movement with the approach of the ball. Once the ball was almost to the circle I would lean forward like I was heading the ball and rotate my upper body 90 degrees left or right (depending on what side of the goal I was shooting from) to form a sweeping motion. I think the timing was key to getting the directional control, so if it keeps going straight to the goalie try modifying your timing.
