For this achievement, you will have to fire the killing shot from the stand or blind for it to count. You must also claim the animal before you gain progress towards the achievement. This should be fairly easy to get since most hotspot locations are literally surrounded by stands and blinds. The difficulty here is getting to them without spooking the nearby game.
This should come with ease as you progress, some of the Pro Hunts even tell you to go to a stand and await the target animal.
