Catwoman is a pretty straight forward battle, but will be a nuisance for some as the latter part of the fight will require some quick reflexes. I'll break the fight into parts as the fight is basically the same order every time.

Equip the Blackest Night suit if you have it to basically have unlimited chances to counter her attacks as you will be impervious to damage.

    Part 1
Counter her attack (cn_Y), then cape stun (cn_B), followed by mashing cn_X

    Part 2
Dodge under her leap cn_right+cn_A,cn_A, then cape stun, then mash cn_X

    Part 3
Counter her three attacks with cn_Y, cape stun, then mash cn_X

    Part 4
Now the annoying bit. As soon as you see her red eyes appear, hit cn_Y to counter, then cape stun, then mash cn_X

    Part 5
Again, counter with cn_Y as soon as her red eyes appear. This time you must counter 3 times in a row without missing, then cape stun, then mash cn_X

    Part 6
This part is even more annoying. Catwoman "phantoms" will leap toward you, if you counter the wrong one you will suffer a hit. Wait until you see the blue lines appear above her head ( I hope you're playing on normal), then counter withcn_Y followed by two more quick counters, then cape stun, then mash cn_X

    Final Part
This is an exact repeat of the previous part, do it again and you've won the fight!

Here is a video for reference, take note he is playing on hard mode.

DaeryoonThis achievement sucks. The precision and timing are insane. The retail Batman games are so much better.

Mental Knight 5Thanks, the Walkthrough didn't help, the video didn't help. You're the only one who explained that in Part 5 when you seem to be failing, you're not. You just have to do it 3 times in a row.

The second part of this boss fight is very annoying (Part 4 in Crimson Drifter's guide). My solution is not a complete guide, only help you in this part.

After you stunned by Catwoman and you can't move, just see a black and white screen, you have to hit cn_Y to counter her moves, but it's looks like impossible. I found the best way to easily complete this part of the Catwoman fight.

The first step is only additional. If you have collected everything in your first walkthrough, you should have the "Blackest Night" suit (cn_start / cn_RB / Batsuit / Suits). Select the wear and equip to earn the ability of invulnerable. If you don't have this suit, don't worry, you still can use my solution, maybe it's a little bit harder.

The second step is the magic trick. When you see her red eyes, you have to hit cn_Y, but very hard to do this in correct time. So when you see them, fast hit the cn_start. Place one finger on the cn_Y and one on the cn_A. Hit the cn_A, then immediately hit-hit-hit the cn_Y and voilà, Batman fight back. clap

Please watch the my video about the trick and follow the instructions:

MK DufortI tweak you're method a little. I feel it took the same reflexes to press cn_Y then cn_start.

What I did was repeatedly pressing cn_start and cn_A 'til I could see the eyes in the pause menu or right before. Then mash as you suggest. Was coming here to post my solution but seem I've been beaten by 7 a couples of month... should I've look here first...
