Edit: I did this on the default difficulty (amateur), but you can just change it to Rookie by pressing X to get to Match Settings once you're in Casual mode to make it as easy as possible.

Setup a new game under Casual and change the match settings so that you are playing a Five 5 match; it is by far the easiest match type.

Play as Australia (rated 4 stars for Bowling & Batting) & pick Russia as the opposing team (rated half a star for both Bowling & Batting).

You need to essentially bowl the opponent out five times in an innings (before all ten batters have been caught / bowled out).

You can start a bowl with cn_A, cn_Y, and cn_B.

You will automatically long bowl (bowl further away) and short bowl (bowl closer the batsman) during a game and they have slightly different controls.

When long bowling; press right stick once the first metre has moved into the green area as you're running up. Before you release, press up on the right stick and try to release at the some point in the green area as you did when you released the left stick. Make sure to hold the right stick forward when doing this so it aims straight at the wickets.

When short bowling, you will need to rotate left stick until your indicator is in the green & then release the ball by pressing right stick up (try and have it in the same green area as when you released the left stick).

You won't always bowl the opponent out, but switch up how you start the bowl with the A, Y & B buttons. I mainly used A and then Y to start a bowl and released the sticks straight up to bowl straight at the wickets. Against Russia (the worst team); you are bound to get this in one game once you get used to the controls. Short bowling is more difficult than long bowling, but you'll get used to rotating the left stick when short bowling. Either way, you'll either be bowling or catching them out in no time.

Cheers.
