To get this achievement you need to get all 5 stars in every category on all missions. The categories are - Speed, Power and Tactics.

Speed is based on how quickly you can finish a map.
Power is based on how much enemy units you destroy.
Tactics is based on the ratio of damage taken to damage dealt.

You do not need to maximise all three categories at once. It is possible to rush your enemy, get 5 stars in speed but do poorly in tactics and then replay the mission and play more cautious to get 5 power and tactics but fail in speed. Your overall score will only track the best result achieved for each category separately.

How to get 5 stars in speed? I used the commander that has the ability to render units invulnerable for one turn. That way you can push forward while being immune to counter-attacks. Remember that you can step on mines (that you have not yet discovered) while being invulnerable to make shortcuts. I would also suggest to forget about artillery of your own. Focus on quick units and try to be smart, block factories and focus on capturing key positions only. Do not waste a turn or two capturing a factory you do not really need while you can spare a unit to block it.

How to get 5 stars in power? Just kill all units. In most missions you will have no trouble getting this. Missions where your enemy has no factory are easiest since you will get this automatically if you rout all enemy units. Keep in mind that some enemy units might be out of sight and may be overseen. That oversight may cost you your 5th star. In the mission where you have to hold out for 18 turns; check the north for flying units. Sometimes a lone transporter hovers over the northern mountain range and refuses to come to you. Position an Anti-Air just below and you will be able to get him.

How to get 5 stars in tactics? Use the unit chain. Attack weak units with strong ones. Keep artillery handy to weaken stronger units and either use the commander that increases artillery range or use the commander that renders you invulnerable. While invulnerable you can often advance, destroy one or two units and then let your enemy grind his units up on your still invulnerable units. I used this tactics to take out enemy artillery surrounded by lots of units. Save often and reload if you take too much damage. If all else fails you can always camp an enemy factory to improve your rating. It's a cheap trick but helps a lot later on!

The save feature is your friend. Save, scout, reload. That way you can plan ahead and position yourself as to gain the advantage. It will enable you to rush the opponent while taking calculated risks or to improve your tactics rating.
