Fairly simple one, play the arcade mode till you unlock the running game it's normally the last one in the mode. Once unlocked it will appear on the main menu, select it and you need to set a time under 47 seconds by pressing the joystick in the required direction the dpad made it slightly easier, my time was 46:75.
