Daiya blocks (as the achievement icon shows) are a white block with a blue square in the center. Each stage has six and you need to connect three of these blocks together at a total of 100 times to obtain this achievement. The second bonus round will give you a better chance of getting matches.
This can be done over multiple playthroughs.
