  Description: Kill a Commander with a grenade.
  
  Note: All perk-based achievements can be obtained by re-loading the checkpoint and keeping progress. See video in description for details.
  
  Pretty simple, find a commander and kill his back-up. If you throw a grenade onto him he should get slightly stunned until it explodes.

  Chapter one early bunker-tunnels can get you this one. There's a commander in one of the gun-bunkers.

  This achievement glitched for me. I even went offline, deleted the save and did it again and no tulutte for me.

  Much easier to do this in Chapter 13, Lunar Base. Plenty of commanders and grenades close to the start without the tedious opening sequences of Chapter 1.
