  At the start of chapter 16 after you swim out of the water. Pick all the ammo up and just aim down the site and kill 3 enemy's in first area very easy.

  I managed this on Chapter 3. Having played and beaten game on Fergus went back and started again on Wyatt. At start of chapter you have to lockpick into building. Once inside you are able to climb Radio tower. At the top you find Sniper Rifle. Save it for next section of level. After Granma blasts soldier approach entrance and inside waiting will be 4 soldiers. Scope on then simply move left to right slowly taking out each one.

  Pretty Easy, I was in chapter 12, Gibraltar Bridge. Take out your Marksman Rifle and aim down your scope. Make sure you get 3 kills without exiting the scope.
