    Actions
    There are nine Weapon boxes, you unlock them on your Map if you unlock all ctOS Towers. After you looted the 9th Tobias Frewer will call you (only if you progress in the Story trough Mission One Foot in the Grave (Mission 4 of Act 2) and you can play the Weapons Trade Investigatio Mission.

    Unlocks: After found the 7/8 Weapons Stach you unlock the Spec Obs Goblin (4 Star, Burst-Fire Silenced Assault Rifle, 30 Bullets)

    WRec xPOSKEYAfter completing the campaign I started all side missions I started with the weapons investigation and got to the point where Tobias called I completed the mission but no achievement for Saturday Night Special. I have since completed all fixer contracts, convoys ect. My progression for the investigations is all complete and I have the silenced spec ops goblin. Also I went back to each shipping crate location just to be sure. So is it safe to say this I bugged and I will need to replay the campaign?

    HolyHalfDeadI didn’t get the call from Frewer until after Act 2 Mission 6: Jury-Rigged.

    There are 9 Weapons Crates to find in the Weapons Trade Investigation, the locations can be revealed on the map after you unlock every ctOS tower. You then need to go to these locations and scan crates.

    Once you have found all of the crates you will receive a call from Tobias and then need to complete the final mission unlock the achievement. ( You might need to progress further into the campaign if you do not receive a call from Tobias)

    blurzieblurzI had the same problem with Tobias not calling. After I completed Act 2 Mission 6, I finally got the call. Hope that helps anyone else with the same problem.
