    A great tip on this would be to always stay near your enemy, BUT NEVER RUN OR WALK OUT OF LINE if you stay about 15 feet away from your enemy you'll be out of their field of view. So you can carefully run up to them but (you'll only want to run up to about 10 feet away from them) if you walk like a normal civilian they'll have a much harder time spotting you. If you notice in the video I included I never ran directly behind him, I tried predicting his movements.

    Online Tailing is slightly different (and a lot easier) than Online Hacking. For Online Tailing you simply need to use your Profiler on the Player and Observe their actions until you reach 100%. I'm not sure if they even notice your presense. However, if they do Profile you, you'll need to Evade them much like Online Hacking, but obviously that will cost you the achievement!

    Hirsute Dave+1 for the camera - my profiling percentage actually seemed to go a bit faster once I zoomed in on the target.

    Of course it depends on where your target is wink

    I MR FLASH II found this one easy to get to 10 but unfortunately it didn't unlock! It shows full progress within the achievement app but no unlock :(
    I guess I will try a full reboot.

    Shadow XBLSeems like every time I go into someone's game, they're driving frantically in every direction. This makes me think they know I'm there, which I was under the impression that are NOT supposed to know. Then I get near them acting normally and instantly I get murdered. This game is not working how it is supposed to. I had someone tail me and then only way I knew is I saw them on top of a building behind me. What gives?

    How to get the stealth cookie achievement

    Open your smartphone go to the online contracts app and choose online
    tailing this will start a search for possible targets

    Walk as much as you can and try to react as the NPC`s
