In Chapter 1-5 "THE CROSSING" you will come to a section where you have to climb up from ground-level in order to escape the clutches of 2 Mustacho Man Hunchmen.
When you get to the platform you escaped to you'll see a rope that you can swing on to continue on to the right, but also a second rope you can swing to on the left. The rope on the left you can swing to is connected to a bell. Simply swing and jump to the rope connected to the bell, and then swing back and forth until the Achievement pops.
On a side-note, after the Achievement pops you can swing and jump to the platform to the left of the bell in order to destroy one of the "Evil Eyes." |
