This is a puzzle at the end of Chapter 1-5 "THE CROSSING," and is required to complete in order to move on and complete the first full chapter of the game.

You will approach a very tall wall to the right-hand side of the screen and also 2 pillars of earth.

The pillars cannot be raised high enough to reach the rope at the top of the wall, but you need to get to the rope in order to move past the wall.

In the bottom-right of the screen you'll see a long box positioned horizontally that you can use the "X" button to interact with it.

Position the box fairly equally between the two pillars of earth (if not a tad bid closer to the pillar on the right). Then raise the left pillar in order to position the box vertically, and also directly on top of the pillar on the right.

Finally use the left pillar in order to get high enough to jump on top of the box. Then raise the right pillar, which is now under the box and Max, and raise it as high as you can. You should now be at an elevation capable of jumping to the rope above the wall.

Not too long after clearing the wall the Achievement will pop.
