Here is the breakdown for Chuck’s four costumes.
Chuck Greene - Default
TIR Chuck - 10,000 Zenny
Shoma Sawamura - 17,500 Zenny
- Find Rival School’s Arcade Machine.
- Earn ‘C’ Rank on Sunset Hills.
- Kill 1500 Zombies with Chuck Costumes.
Sigma - 12,500 Zenny
- Clear Any District 10 Times.
- Find three Arcade Machines.
- Unlock TIR Chuck.
Captain Commando - 15,000 Zenny
- Find Captain Commando Arcade Machine.
- Clear three Districts with Chuck Costumes.
- Earn ‘S’ Rank on Sunset Hills.

S RankThere are five rounds in each of the four districts, you will get points after each round, after the fifth round ends, it will add up all your points to determine what rank you will get, S rank is the best score you can get when you have completed the district.
For the first three districts i did them solo using the Frank West's default costume (I would suggest using a better one than this though to make it a lot easier). If you are struggling solo I suggest that you use any of the character's 3rd, 4th or 5th costumes when you unlock them as they are much better than the 1st and 2nd costumes. For the fourth district (South Almuda) it is definitely the most difficult out of the four just because of the last round, I looked for a random player and just the two of us completed the district on the first attempt, but if you attempt to do it solo i would recommend either using Sigma or B.B Hood, I personally think these two are the best character's to use.
If you can though i would just attempt to go for S rank with some friends, or try and join a random game, like I said before I did the fourth district (South Almuda) with just one other random player, and we achieved S Rank first time.
