Eye Poker challenge in Max: The Curse of Brotherhood

If you're here I'm assuming you're either looking for a guide to find all the eyes which you can find here:

or you found a similar problem to me which is that you've already collected every eye and now there are none in the game so you can't earn the challenge. As far as I know it is impossible to earn the challenge at the moment if you already collected all the eyes prior to these new challenges being added unless you delete your save game and restart. If you don't feel like waiting then that should work but I haven't tried it so do so at your own risk. Other than that there isn't much you can do so I sent an email to the developers and will update this if I get a response. I hope as was able to help in someway and will hopefully return later with good news.

Edit: I just came back to tell everyone that I haven't gotten a response yet and it's been so long that I probably won't get one. I would like to thank the people in the comments for trying out some of the solutions and if you would like this challenge you can head down there and see what people have done.

Challenge is broken, I started AFTER the challenge was added, no unlock even though i 1000'd it.

Damn, I was hoping to go back to this and unlock a few challenges as I already have 1000G, but there's no point now seeing as almost none of them stack...

I have recieved a reply from Press Play regarding the broken challenges. They have said they are not going to be fixing the issue, and instead recommend you play through the entire game again, by deleting you save profile.
You can see the email they sent to me below.

Hi ******

The Challenges is only for new gamers! but remember:

1) There is no gamerpoint in the Challenges
2) IF you really want the Challenge, you can delete your savegame, and "retake" the same amount of eyes that you are missing from the Challenge. (loosing all progress, but no acheivements)

I started playing this game after this challenge was live. I collected all the eyes while this challenge was live. The associated achievements have popped but the progress bar looks like I have one remaining (maybe two).

I played all the way through during the challenge window collecting everything and the challenge for collecting everything popped but not this one. Stupid

Wanted to confirm that the comments AciD237 and Hexagonal Cat posted are correct.

I got all the eyes in the game, but the Challenge didn't pop. I erased both the local and cloud save and started from scratch. I was able to get the Challenge to pop after collecting the missing amount of eyes. In other words, the "bar" will go up as you gather the eyes in the beginning levels, no need to figure out which ones the Challenge didn't track. Hope that makes sense.

But heed MysticWeirdo's warning. If you don't have the Immortal Challenge, erasing the saves will also reset the Challenge. I had 3 or 4 Levels that I still needed to do to get Immortal, now I have to play the whole game. :-\ Oh well, if the game sucked I guess I would be more upset, but I quite enjoyed it and we have 500 days to get it.

I collected all of them, the challenge is "unlicking" and has been fora few weeks. No idea Wtf to do.

Achievement unlocked, but challenge not. I started this game after the challenge was added. Challenge for all the amulet pieces unlocked. NO FUCKING WAY I AM GOING TO PLAY THIS GAME AGAIN!

Deleting the cloud and local save worked for me.
I collected another 4/5 eyes in the first two levels and the challenge popped.

** The two challenges for completing levels without dying have both reset. **
