You have to complete all 17 events of the "Challenge the Champions" mode to unlock this achievement. You can set the AI difficulty to easy, but most of the events are still a challenge afterwards and the ratio is a bit misleading, because especially event 17 is NOT easy to complete and you need practice and patience to complete it.

The requirement to finish this event: 3rd place and a better position than Barros - this means more or less you need the 2nd place to complete the event. You start with a big gap between you and the 3rd place and you have 7 laps to overtake Barros. It's possible to overtake him in Lap 26/30, but most of the time i only managed it to overtake him in Lap 28/30. It depends on your racing skill and your concentration.

I deactivated autobrake and needed some time to figure out the best time to use the brake. Most of time i used the brake too late and messed up the race, but after a while a get used to it and was good enough to complete the event. Maybe it's also possible to do with autobreak activated, but feel free to make your own experience and leave me a comment!

I know there are some other events that need severals attempts and practice. All events with a wet road can be tricky. You can't use rewinds and you don't have much options to change. Drive carefully, look at the racing line and don't crash into other bikes. Practice is the key to success.
