This is more of a public service announcement than an actual solution, but to get this you need to complete every single objective with every team. This means you will have to play through at least 7 stages at least 22 times, and it is going to take a while depending on how well you know what you're doing. It took me around 2-3 hours per team and I've played quite a bit of these games before. You can fast forward through most of every stage, but you always want to be there for the decisive climbs and sprint to make sure you get the result you want.

I'll add some general tips just to please whoever might need them, and feel free to ask questions if you have them. Although for the purpose of this I haven't really gone back into the game to get the terminology exactly right, but you should get the gist of it.

1. To do well on a mountain stage ride at a steady pace, time your yellow bar. Pick two yellow energy gels and make the most out of them. I always saved the last one for the final mountain so I would have more energy for it. You always gain most of it back in the downhill sections anyway, so just pace yourself to the top of the other climbs if you end up struggling earlier in the stage.

If you need to place two riders in the top of the general classification try to pay attention to your team mate and everytime he tries to attack make sure he goes back to relay at a steady pace (preferably 70 or 80 if it's the last mountain), you can also change between the two riders by hovering over his name and pressing Y in the menu, thus you can balance the time loss between the two riders.

2. For sprints all you really need is the red energy gel and pop it as you are about to run out of red energy. Even if your bar is now empty you can sprint at full speed, this means you can sprint for around 3 whole kilometers and you should be able to win easily regardless of which sprinter you're using. This tactic may also be replicated for hilly stages where the yellow bar becomes no issue, but I haven't resorted to that myself.

3. For the time trial stages simply hold down RT the entire way through and make sure you don't lose too much time in the downhill sections (brake before the corner, accelerate out of them). If you're using an especially good time trialist you can also sprint up some of the hillier sections to make sure you run out of yellow right at the finish line (but don't use up your red bar entirely, I might be wrong about this but it seems to slow you down a bit if you do so, so you might want to save a sliver and then wait for it to recuperate).

4. For winning stages with a puncheur, and also perhaps placing one of your 2nd captains further up in the general classification for two riders in the top 10 type objectives I've found it's easy to win in a breakaway if you pace yourself. I used this mostly on stage 2, where if I'm especially desperate could send some flat powerhouse up front in the early break and then I would attack after the intermediate sprint and go for a steady pace with my first yellow energy gel to get up to the group by the top of the next hill. From there I would put my helper at 90 relay effort and simply follow and then ride hard for the last 10-15km myself, or just pace myself to the finish at max pace on the smallest gear setting.

5. Combativity award and mountain jerseys you should get by simply attacking on a lot of stages, but make sure whoever you attack with in the later stages is of no threat to the overall standings. If he's a good climber you might want to have him finish at a stroll on a flat stage so he's so far behind it becomes no issue. You can also use the general pacing guidelines I wrote earlier under the mountain section to win stages with some decent climber.
