  Can the DLC achievements for files and notes be done by reloading chapters or is it like the main game and has to be done in a single playthrough? I missed a note but I have all the others and all the documents so far...

  Be careful if you don't do this in one "sitting" or dashboard to anything else. I found out it reset my notes and documents counter about 1/3 of the way through the run when I checked on the D pad
