One in the Farm, one just arriving to hospital and, the last (and hardest), once you find the medical kit. Each one has three QTE.Curiously, I bet the last part perfectly first. Repeting the chapter looking to get the achivement, it poped up after the second one was done perfectly. So it seams to remember beating each one separately.You dont need to do each place perfectly in one run, repeat (the 3 QTEs) until you master and go to the next location. (To repeat, I mean you lose on purpose the QTEs and try again, I dont mean to start over the chapter)Posted by Yeagar on 24 Aug 23 at 16:56 It seemes to be buggy. I didn't get the historical items, the good end and the bad end. I quit the game and restart it.
