This can be unlocked really quickly in Level 1.1: Tomb Of King Phut. Use Putty's inflate ability to quickly get to the top left part of the level. Quite close to the left side of this walkway is a green crate you can punch open using  . Auto absorb the yellow rocket pod that's revealed.
From here, go back to the edge of the ledge where you just came from and then press  to make the rocket pod spawn and putty get inside of it. Simply fly into the nearby star, and achievement unlocked.
