This is self explanatory. All you have to do is select a difficulty in the main menu and complete a puzzle that is given to you. You can use the hints and helper functions (except if you are going for the Puzzle Expert achievement) to help you do so. Do this for puzzles in the other four difficulties and this achievement is yours.
