Just as the achievement says, you can not play a single spell of fortune while playing a ranked match and win 10 times. You CAN have them in your deck, you just have to cast creatures only the entire game and win. The online scene for this game is totally dead so you will most likely have to boost this with a friend. Just make a creature only deck so you don't accidentally cast something else.
