Megaladon Shark available for purchase (50,000 coins) once you max out level 10 of Great White Shark. Megaladon Shark's stats (Bite, Speed, Boost) will be fully-maxed out right after you purchase

See the Mission 6 Map below for the eight shell locations (They said there are more than eight but I won't bother find them all) . Each of the mission requirements must be met in a single run. The use of revives (gems) are ok. Do not use a revive unless you are close to complete a mission.

    Megaladon Shark - Mission 6:
    1. Crowd Surfer: Eat 100 beach bystanders
    2. Jelly Junkie: Eat 100 jellyfish
    3. Mine Eater: Eat 125 mines
    4. Paraglider Punish: Eat 5 paragliders
    5. Harpoon Boat Bite: Eat 5 harpoon boat men
    6. Flying Feast: Eat 100 flying fish
    7. Boat Breaker: Eat 12 fishing boats
    8. 15 Sunken Objects: Find 15 sunken objects
    9. Super Mission 6: Score over 5,000,000 points

UPDATE: My take on the 15 sunken objects in one go
You can refer to the list of treasure here from the game publisher

or this map from @QuickMythril (look at the T icons, just forget about the shell locations, since it is a mission 1 map with treasure locations)

I would start from the leftmost with the Guitar, then move to the Jade Dragon, Wakaba, Moon on a Stick.

Be very careful while on Moon on a Stick because the maze is kinda long and any inaccurate move will cost you a life. I played on the phone and look at the map on my PC to determine which way to go. Once out of Moon on a Stick, you would better take on Fake Teeth next since the water current flows from left to right, which makes it easier.

I would then move to Toy Robot, Teddy Bear, Dartboard, Egg Picture, Bog Brush, Robot Gibbon, Leaning Tower, then Lucky Horseshoe. The maze to Lucky Horseshoe is short but quite narrow. I died a couple of times here.

Next stop would be Covenant and finally Ghetto Blaster, which requires you to boost from the shore on to the land.

MrZombieChickenGot it at 14 objects too. The 15th was supposed to be the Ghetto Blaster but I didn't see it where it's supposed to spawn on the map.

THE Mr FillThe ghetto blaster is often hidden behind people, it's so damn small that you can get it as you just slide across the land

I've not got this one yet as I'm having so much trouble with some of the missions - I can easily out-score the final mission, just can't unlock it yet

The worst thing I've found is that if you're having a strong run, it's spawned a "Big Daddy" on top of me a few times, so I just die as it chews the hell out of you (even if it's smaller than you are)

djgrew75Does anybody know if you can have 2 smaller sharks swim with you or is it just 1 smaller shark swimming with you? I would like to have the stamina shark and the fire shark also. Is it possible I hope!

Thanks to TanukiV and QuickMythril for their previous solutions that helped a lot as the missions were rather straight forward. I felt the need to add a more updated solution for this particular shark as updates have made it so that the shark is not maxed out now when you buy it, and I was required to get all 15 sunken objects unlike some of commenters to TanukiV's solution. I will give my tips for the missions as these seemed to be more difficult than the others. See TanukiV's solution for the mission location and Sunken Item location maps.

Don't be discouraged if it takes a while to get these as your speed is not sufficient to keep you alive after your health starts to deplete more quickly. All gold that you get should go toward speed immediately until it is maxed, then bite. You will also start to get way more gems than before simply by doing the things in the missions such as eating boats and collecting sunken items. These gems can be used to extend the game when you are one bite killed by a Big Daddy with 14 sunken items collected.

    1. Crowd Surfer - Eat 100 Beach Bystanders. These are the ones standing on dry ground. Reference the maps and go over the three wider islands and the island on the far right of the map. Go back and forth across the water surface and slightly below until the people respawn on the islands and repeat.

    2. Jelly Junkie - Eat 150 Jellyfish. This is self explanatory. Megalodon can eat all types of jellyfish, so don't bypass any and eat as fast as you can. Go to the more open spaces and swim all around looking for them.

    3. Mine Eater - Eat 125 Mines. Similar to jellyfish, you can now eat all but the Ultra mines. Same as jellyfish, eat everyone you come across and go to the open spaces.

    4. Paraglider Punish - Eat 5 Paragliders. Minimum Boost is plenty to get to the ones pulled by boats on the surface. Just line up and boost up to them.

    5. Harpoon Boat Bite - Eat 5 Harpoon Boat Men. The harpoon boat didn't show up for me until I had eaten about 8 to 10 regular fishing boats. This can be tricky because the harpoon man will shoot non stop. The key is to boost from directly under him. You don't have to jump over the front or back like with the fishing boats for the previous sharks.

    6. Flying Feast - Eat 100 Flying Fish. These guys hang out near the surface and stay in relatively big schools. I got this without even trying.

    7. Boat Breaker - Eat 12 Fishing Boats. Stay on the surface of the water and go back and forth across the map. Go over the islands if there are people on them, otherwise go under.

    8. 15 Sunken Objects - Collect 15 Sunken Objects. The biggest thing holding you back is the shark's speed. This is nearly pointless without maxed out speed. My route was different from TanukiV as I was always hitting an Ultra Mine and dying while trying to go through the entire lower trench toward the teeth. The route I took is as follows and I required gems to extend my game:

First go straight right to (1) Leaning Tower then straight down to (2)Robot Gibbon as soon as you come out of that location go hard right through the crooked trench and then against the current for the (3) Fake Teeth. Now, go up and right and eventually over the island (to avoid the current) and slight backtrack to the (4) Toy Robot then straight right to the (5) Teddy Bear. Come out of there and go directly to the Kempy Cave staying a bit higher to avoid the submarines for the (6) Egg Picture. Come out of there and hug the left wall going straight down for the (7) Dart Board and then straight back up still hugging the left wall. Go all the way to the surface and head back left. Go all the way to the island with the (8) Bog Brush and go under it, build up your stamina with sharks and scuba divers then boost over from the left side to pick it up then boost again to get over the smaller peaks and then go back under it again, basically looping the island clockwise. Now, go down and left to the switch back for the (9) Lucky Horseshoe then go back the way you came and up the tunnel to the immediate left and over the daily reward chest and down to the (10) Covenant. From here go over the island for the (11) Ghetto Blaster and continue to the left and under the next island to the cave with the (12) Guitar. Head back right along the bottom, past the Giant Crab cave and then turn back left into the Angler Nest to find the (13) Jade Dragon. Come out of there and go right and slightly up to the small opening and across to the (14) Wakaba. Finally build up your stamina as best you can and head into the tunnel to the (15) Moon on a stick. It's better to just rush through the fires than try to wait them out as you are losing health quite rapidly at this point. As soon as you get to the open area at the end of the tunnel try to boost straight down and then left along the floor as there will probably be a Big Daddy or Mr. Snappy or both waiting for you in there.

    9. Super Mission 6 - Earn 5 Million Points. Actually not that bad. I got this once before I unlocked it just doing a failed run for the 15 Sunken Objects. Equip point boosting items, collect as many of the easier sunken objects as you can, and eat as fast as you can to trigger Gold Rushes.
