  This is a pretty straight forward achievement. As long as you are playing on Normal difficulty, you should be able to easily sprint through the map from beginning to end.
  
  Use a medkit if you get hit or have many enemies on you at any time.

  A super easy one, all you need to do for this achievement is sprint through The Bridge mission without killing any of the watchmen. Don't even attack them, as this will also assist the Redemption achievement with one of several CRUCIAL moral points. There is also one collectible to grab around the midway point while you're here.
