  This can be farmed on the level REVOLUTION - at the very start of the level, kill the three guards at the beginning (or knock out, depending which play through you're on) and find a key on a table downstairs. Then, go back upstairs, make a jump and at the top through the door there is a safe that the key unlocks. You can then reload the last checkpoint and repeat until the achievement unlocks.

  I think it can be a faster on "ECHOES"
  At the very beginning of the level look on the left you'll be able to see a bar, pick up the key put on your gas mask, just after Pavel opened the door don't climb the stairs go on the left of stairs. You'll be able to see a hole in the wall behind a dustcart

  Dead City seems to be the very quickest to me. Go into the door on the left, up the stairs and the red key is in the bathroom, go back, and go up the next flight of stairs, and there is the safe needing that key. Less than a minute each time.

  This is the EASIEST and FASTEST way to farm this!!!!!!!
  
  Load up Torchlight, as soon as you start, you will see a skeleton on the left next to Pavel....grab the safe key off the skeleton, and just run to the end of the tunnel and the safe is right there in front of you, then just reload checkpoint.....rinse and repeat!!!

  I found this to be easiest at the start of Dead City. No killing required, just run into the first building on the left and grab the key around the corner. Then head upstairs and unlock the lockbox. Restart checkpoint; rinse and repeat.
