  You can do this on Last Light -> Torchlight. A few minutes into the level, you pole vault on top of a railroad car and here you're attacked by spiders. Just ignore them, and run to Pavel. After this you "Tarzan swing" onto the ground and Pavel runs further up the line. Don't follow him too far. Rather, stay back, turn around to face Pavel but keep your distance. Now use your light (LB, Y) against the spiders as they constantly stream at you. Basically, the spiders infinitely spawn and you get the required 10 spiders in about 5 mins!

  If you hear Pavel say "Were safe", and the cheev has not popped then restart the checkpoint, because no more spiders will turn up until later.

  if this is the section I'm at... I just pole vaulted across a gap in a railroad... I have infinite spiders, but when I blind them, they all fall off the tracks instead of flipping over... -_-

  Nope - you're close - keep going off the train for a very short while so you're on the tracks.

  There is a very simple way of getting this achievement.
  
  On the chapter select screen hit 'x' and it will bring a list of missions. Select the Spiders Lair mission and choose a difficulty, I suggest normal and Spartan.
  
  Literally 2 minutes into the level you come across a groups of spider pods, where the spiders appear from. Just before entering the room there is a fuse box on the wall, turn the lights on and this well net you 4-5 spider flips in one go!
  
  Now all you have to do is load last checkpoint and the achievement should be yours in 5 minutes tops!

  You'll undoubtedly unlock Pyromaniac and Tortoise if you do the Spider Lair bonus mission. If you some how don't get Tortoise by the end (unlikely) you should get it when doing Torchlight. I've included a walkthrough video of 7 of the bonus missions below. The Spider Lair starts at 27:55
