At first, this seems easy, but as your tail grows you go faster and faster as well, and this becomes increasingly difficult and frustrating!! I had to try for quite a while before I managed to get this one.

Here's my advice, and once I employed this strategy, I Achieved this on probably my 3rd try.

Once your tail starts to get reasonably long, like 15-20, begin to only circle the perimeter, near the outside, only straying briefly to get nearby stars. Once it starts to get in the 30+ range, start this method:

Go back and forth across the board in "rows" but leave a space of at least 1 line on all sides in case you run into an emergency and need to circle the board to recover. Just continue to go up and down the board one row at a time, pretty soon you will have the whole board covered and you will not be in any danger of running over your own tail.

Be warned, though. Timing and control is everything. If you accidentally don't turn when you should, or turn when you shouldn't, you will die and have to start over.

Good luck!
