Play a game with two controllers. On the second controller, pull the goalie immediately. With your first controller, win the face off and bring the puck behind the net. Start skating up the ice and make a few passes, being careful not to get any intercepted or poked away. Once you get close enough to the empty net, take a shot. If you score, the achievement will pop. If you miss, get the puck back down ice behind the net and try again. Shouldn't take more than two or three tries.
