Figured I'd post a little something even though this achievement is pretty simple.

Best way that I've found to get this early on is on the Earth> Pacific mission.
    *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***

Easiest done solo. *Or if you have a friend or group of friends who will not go for kills, it can also be done. Plus then they can also revive you if downed.

Just (As in any mission if you want more kills) let the enemy activate alarms so that they come looking for you.

There's no time limit so take as long as you need until hitting 100.

The achievement will unlock as soon as the "100 Kills in a Single Mission" Challenge update pops up.

At the end of the mission I had 111, and it was probably still possible to go further.

Hope this helps anyone who's wondering about it.

**After some kills(Maybe 10-20) the area you are in will deplete of enemies. Don't fret, just move to another part of the map, without disabling the alarm. That area will have more enemies, and after that area you will have to move again, either a new room or the previous one because enemies should be respawning depending on how long you took.

Because Im RyanI actually didn't have to use any. Just my bow.

For newer player, possibly could be required. But I also have a good amount of time played on PC so I have a little bit of an advantage I guess.

The RottlerOn a similar note, if you find a hut that spawns the dogs just kill all the dogs with your melee, then swap to pistol and shoot the hut one time. It will spawn 3-4 more dogs that run up to you, rinse and repeat :) Thanks for guide!

I actually did this on the very first Earth mission after the tutorial.

The mission entails holding a position, and the enemy seems to have an infinite spawn if you let them take it and, instead, pick them off at distance.

All I did was hang back and use the bow (awesome weapon BTW) as I was trying to get use to the game, and I had this done before the mission ended.

R3b3l Command3rJust completed that first mission, something about a Coms Segment for my ship I dunno anyway I only scored 89 kills outta there and I went everywhere looting - I'm a Fallout 3 Veteran so I know about extensive searching. Will be keeping an eye out for the Earth Pacific mission mentioned above.

a Fi1thy Casual@ Seahawks: if you waited, and let the enemy capture the segment, then you would have had a nearly infinite spawning of enemies you could pick off from a distance.

And unlike other capture missions, the first one does not add points to the enemy, so they could have held it indefinitely while you got your 100 kills. That is the way I did it anyway...
