You will eventually get this through natural gameplay. I got it around the time I unlocked Mercury, having used a credit booster. Obviously, paying for the booster is the fastest way. You can also participate in whatever event is active, as it may give double credit rewards! If those don't work for you, look for defense missions. They have bonus modifiers, which can include credit bonuses.
