This can easily be completed in the tutorial map area.

After completing/skipping the tutorial head straight up the stairs, make sure you have a crafting table on you, and keep going until you see a building on your right with brewing stands in it. Access the chest on the left and take out an iron pickaxe, iron axe and iron sword.

Equip the iron pickaxe and break 8 blocks on cobblestone on the ground, place down your crafting table and make a furnace. Use the axe to break some wooden planks of the wall, place them in the furnace.

Now take your sword, head down the stairs opposite the building, and on your left will be a bunch of penned up animals, kill a pig, take it's chops, head back to your furnace and place them in. Done.

    Easy, 10GS in 1 minute.

Sensei NeoDid anyone solve the 50% problem... happened to me after a friend gave me a cooked one to eat

Xpct RisingI got this to pop after waiting about a week or so, not sure what is wrong with this glitch exactly. The 50% I was missing was 'Eating the Pork Chop' even though I saw with my own eyes cook and eat a pork chop, just watch out.

Suggestion: Kill pigs and collect the pork chop from them (avoid pork chops found from chests and the pigs from the tutorial map), create furnace, place pork chop in upper square of the furnace (I suggest more than one), place fire source in lower square of the furnace, let all the pork chops finish cooking before you take them out. Select cooked pork chops and place them in your hand, eat just 1 and wait. Should have popped, if not then the achievement is glitched.

Easy fix to this problem.... Kill a pig, you'll notice the pig will drop 2 raw pork chops. Get some fuel in furnace like 2 oak wood or coal. Place the stack of 2 pork chops in the furnace and wait until they BOTH finish. Then take both pork chops out of the furnace at the same time and eat one. Also use the A button rather then the Y to quick place as that has made some achievements not pop in the passed so just manually place and take out the pork chops. Same thing with the iron ingot achievement place 2 in there and let them both finish then place them in your inventory not your bar at the bottom. Hope this helps

    You will need:
    A furnace
    Coal, Lava or charcoal
    Uncooked porkchop

first step is to find a pig and kill it which are located all over the world and shouldn't take long finding.

Second step is to make a furnace if you haven't already (8 cobblestone blocks)

Third step is to put the uncooked porkchop into the furnace and wait Untill cooked.

Once cooked take it out and eat up! Achievement unlocked!

Note: not all pigs drop porkchop so you may have to hunt a few down if this is the case.

This one is really easy, kill a pig, it will drop raw pork chop. Take it to your nearest furnace and cook it (you will need fuel: coal, charcoal, etc.) Now take the cooked pork out of the furnace and put it into your inventory. Select it in your Hotbar and hold cn_LT to eat it and the achievement should pop.
