(Note: before you begin, in FIFA 14 this achievement only worked in "Single Player Season". It did not work in "Online Season". Apparently (as noted by liljrSanchez in the comments) you can choose either online or offline to get this achievement in FIFA 15. My experience is that offline is much easier, but now you have a choice.)
This assumes you have created a FUT team and have a basic knowledge of FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT). (If not, GIYF (Google is your friend) - go Google it and do a bit of reading.)
You can get to Ultimate Team mode from the FIFA 15 "Main Menu. Just use the

buttons to get to the "Play" tab, then select the "Ultimate Team" tile to enter FUT.
Use the
or
buttons again to move to the "Play" tab within Ultimate Team mode.
Select "Single Player Season", then select one of the four Season/Division choices. If you are just interested in getting this out of the way select the one with the least amount of stars.
You need 12 points to win the Division 10 title. This translates to 4 wins. You win 4 matches in a row, and you get the achievement.
Alternatively, you can select "Online Season" & either play through legit, or have a friend help you by connecting to that friend & then have him quit out 4 times. Again, I think the "Single Player Season" is less hassle, as you don't have to go through the headache of trying to connect to your friend (when the EA servers are actively trying to prevent you from doing that) or the even greater headache of playing through a bunch of matches with people of varying skill level, which will probably take you four times as long as the "Single Player Season".
If you really suck at FIFA (and you'd have to really suck not to get 4 wins in 10 matches in your first season of FUT Seasons, assuming you chose the easiest league) then you need to get 12 points over 10 total matches. There are numerous ways to achieve that goal. Nine draws and one win will get you there. So will 2 wins, 6 draws, and 2 losses. Obviously there are other combinations that will get you the same result.
The nice thing about the various FIFA Seasons modes is, as soon as you clinch the division or can't win the division, the mode will end and you'll start a new season.
This shouldn't be that difficult for the vast majority of FIFA gamers.
However - (and I'm not the best FIFA player ever, but I'm probably better than average) - even I was having some difficulty getting the ball in goal with the crappy players I had while getting this achievement. So if you're having difficulty with it, my suggestion is complete the "Starter Cup" tournament a few times, build up a nice little kitty - and then spend the coins on a high chemistry team. Chemistry is king in FUT. Give me a 75 rated team with 100 chemistry & I'll kill an 85 rated team with a sub-50 chemistry.
