Very easy achievement that doesn't require much effort at all.
From the main menu, head to the store. Pick out something extremely cheap (a ball or kit is usually the cheapest).
Once you've selected the item, choose to gift it to a friend, so long as they have the game the gift will be successful and the achievement should unlock.
