Xbox One achievements don't always unlock after you have earned them. If this achievement does not unlock for you, do the following:
- Sign in to Xbox Live, load up Destiny and select a character
- Press the Guide button and sign out of Xbox Live
- Sign back in to Xbox Live and when you select your character your achievement will unlock.
Normally you would have to wait for someone to be killed and run over to them and press and hold cn_X to resurrect them, before they resurrect themselves. If you are in a dark zone with a fireteam then the other player cannot resurrect themself quickly, giving you more time to do it.

You do not have to perform all 5 resurrections during the same mission (credit to TheMoose76).

However you can get this quickly with another player at the start of the first misson after leaving the tower. Head to the cliff and jump off, have them resurrect you and repeat 5 times, then swap over.
